At Moschino Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original designer packaging and ensure they are safely tucked inside a shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
